I'm the CEO and founder of Outwitly Inc., a multi-million-dollar UX and service design consultancy. We help organizations improve systemic issues surrounding their user and customer experiences by applying innovative product development practices and a human-centered philosophy.
I have 10+ years of experience as a design strategist, service designer and UX designer. I got my start working for big tech companies in Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 clients like Apple, AT&T, Microsoft and Telus. I've done it all, from working in-house, to consulting, to growing my own consultancy from the ground up. I hold a Master of Interdisciplinary Design and a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University. I’ve also worked for my alma mater as a sessional lecturer and as an advisor to their School of Industrial Design.
